Here are some pictures of my walk into the direction of Chinaria Bay. It was a walk through dry fields with some nice views of the Timeos Stavros as well as of Damnoni.

In Summer 2011 we stayed for about 4 weeks on Crete/Greece near Plakias. We had an appartment in the Hapimag-Complex in Damnoni. Nearby is the Timeos Stavros, a hill with a little church on top of it. It is an exhausting walk to the top, but you have a gorgious panoramique view. The second walk with my family.

One day I made a bicycle trip from Damnoni via Myrthios and Sellia to the Kotsifou Canyon. And fro there via Asomatos back to Damnoni. All in all about 30 kilometers.
